New Grade A logistics space now available at iPort – November open days announced
iPort is moving forward, with the completion of three new logistics units now available for immediate occupation.
Verdion is pleased to announce three open days for businesses interested in viewing the space and talking further about how it could meet their requirements. Running on 20, 21 and 22 November 2018 from 12 to 3.30pm they will offer a chance to see first hand the three units developed to market-leading standards.
- iP2c – 58,879 sq ft (5,470 sq m) with potential for 5,176 pallet spaces on a wide aisle configuration and 12.5m clear headroom
- iP2e – 195,000 sq ft (18,116 sq m) with potential for 24,710 pallet positions in a wide aisle configuration and 32,699 in a narrow aisle configuration and 15m clear headroom
- iP2g – 119,060 sq ft (11,061 sq m) with potential for 12,194 pallet spaces in a wide aisle configuration and 12.5m clear headroom
All three have a 55m deep yard and fitted office space. Three-phase power and other mains
services are all connected and available.
“We’re really proud to have Amazon, CEVA, Fellowes and Lidl on site,” said John Clements, European Development Director at Verdion, “But iPort isn’t only about high specification, built-to-suit mega-warehouses.
“The market here is diverse and it’s important that we respond to demand from all sectors and sizes of business who want to take advantage of the strong local labour force and great transport connections.
“Our new rail freight terminal on site is open and operational too, adding an extra benefit for many occupiers. Train services are running already and more are expected soon, which should be good for businesses across the region, not just those located at iPort.”
